Qingjian Sets EC Land Price Record at Loyang – $729 psf ppr

A Qingjian-led consortium, including China Communications Construction Co. and ZACD Group, placed the highest bid of $557 million for the Jalan Loyang Besar EC site in Pasir Ris. The 305,757 sq ft plot closed on August 1, with the bid translating to a record $729 psf per plot ratio.
